I visited Red Roof West the other night and the person at the front desk Nick was very patient with me. I asked a lot it questions and he answered every single one is them without getting impatient. He was very respectful and efficient. Because of Nick, I will be visiting Red Roof again.
Stayed one night...good $. Only thing I didn't care for was the traffic noise. Building was located pretty close to interstate....Coffee pretty good also. Thanks , will stay again sometime...
Everyone was so nice we had to switch rooms due to my hubby needing a bigger restroom. They were accommodating with everything we needed and everyone was so nice! Great value for the rooms , pet friendly and nestled between two restaurants.
Rooms felt like old, some craked walls, the pillows were small and not soft. Also the hall smells to MJ. The location is very good and the prices are fine for it.
Front desk staff was super friendly .. mostly clean from a larger perspective however the smaller things were not taken care of. Such as very dusty on headboards and above mirror and tv ect. Window in room was filthy as were the front doors . Not sure when the ice or soda machine was last wiped down or the floor around them done.. ledge along the halls were dusty.. and the outside area around the hotel was full of trash.. maybe I'm just to attentive to the smaller detail from being housekeeping staff for a while.. also coffee area had no artificial sweetener as an option .. but the beds were comfy and rooms were large and we'll furnished.
I stayed for 3 weeks while traveling. The front desk staff were very good. They went out of thier way for me on several occasions. Emily was exceptionally kind and helpful. A real gem. I wish the would of had laundry.
To start off, I haven’t had a bad experience with this hotel and the staff all in one. Definitely will be making a reservation again.
Taking the price into consideration, it was not a bad stay. Room was large, clean enough, lots of lighting and comfortable. Only issue I had was that half the channels on the tv didn’t work but I mostly used it as background noise anyway. I would stay again if I got the room for the same price.
